Audition / casting call!
MARFA – Marfa Live Arts is holding auditions for the staged reading of 88 CrossTown by playwright Monica Sanchez. Auditions will be held at the Hotel Paisano Ballroom on Thursday, March 21, from 4-6pm. Roles being cast are for two young Latino males (18 – 30 years of age). No prior acting experience is necessary. 88 CrossTown tells the story of an unlikely friendship between a young man with street smarts and a woman as they are captive on a bus ride across town on a late, late night. It is a journey traversing barriers of fear, suspicion and simple human truths. Actors will be paid. If you would like to participate, please come to the auditions.
