The City of Presidio Librarian, Carmen Elguezabal, and library staff including Mr. Jesus Flores, Mr. Matilde Hernandez, Mrs. Gloria Muñiz and Mr. Saul Pardo, recognized Presidio ISD Kinder teachers and teacher aides for their commitment to education during Teacher Appreciation Day on May 7. The Kinder teachers take the children to the City library every Friday morning at 9:30 a.m. for a story time and craft activity. We appreciate and value these teachers for their efforts and making it possible for the children to come to the City Library. “We welcome any grade level wishing to come for a library tour during the school year or for a story time schedule during the year,” said Elguezabal.
