Diploma’s available for students who didnt’ graduate high school

Attention Texas student who completed all coursework, but did not graduate from high school:

Beginning May 3, 2018 through Sep. 1, 2019, students who completed high school but did not obtain a diploma due to not meeting state testing requirements will be able to get their certificates if they meet the following requirements:

Completed industry based certifications.

Successfully completed college-level coursework.

Served in the U.S. armed forces.

The new rules apply to any person who entered ninth grade before the 2011-12 school year.

Current members of the U.S. military can obtain a diploma with proof of their service, while military veterans can supply a copy of their DD214.
