Charlotte Ann Ishikawa of Presidio passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2018, in Presidio at the age of 75. She was born on April 5, 1943, in Brooklyn, New York, to James A. Fader and Antoinette Trombetta.
She was previously head director of the Marfa Housing authority from 1994-1996. In 1998 she moved to Presidio to be the manager of the Big Bend Apartments, a position Charlotte was known in the community for her honesty, community involvement, decision making, neatness, and concern for others, especially for the way she felt for her family and her friends. She was always loyal, always sincere.
Charlotte is survived by her sons Mark Ishikawa and wife Shawna of Las Vegas, NV and Steve Ishikawa of Presidio. One brother survives her, Robert Kahn., a sister Angela Stroud and two granddaughters Mikaela and Malia Ishikawa.
She is preceded in death by her parents; James A. Fader and Antoinette Trombetta and brother James Fader.
Memorial service will be on Saturday, June 23, 2018, beginning at 10 am at Santa Teresa Catholic Church in Presidio. Burial will follow at Desert Hills Cemetery.
