COLLEGE STATION – Dealer William Rockwell graduated from Texas A&M Health Science Center Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy this summer. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree with Honors.
He is the son of David and Tomasa Rockwell, former Presidio residents.
