MARFA – As the 148-mile long, 42-inch diameter snakelike structure, known as the Trans-Pecos Pipeline continues to weave its way through previously owned land, a town hall event sponsored by Big Bend Conservation Alliance, and Trans-Pecos Documentary will be held to discuss eminent domain on August 25 at the Crowley Theater from 5-7:30 pm.
A panel discussion, including environmental activists, and attorneys will speak on the subject of land rights, and a screening featuring a landowner who had been affected by eminent domain.
