Cesario Acosta, 77, passed away, Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Odessa Regional Medical Center. He was born in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico on June 28, 1941. After moving to Presidio, he worked at the Franco Family farms from the early 70s to 80s. After that he was a yardman and did odd jobs in Presidio. Mr. Acosta had been in the Fort Stockton nursing home since February, 2016 after he suffered a stroke. He was preceded in death by his wife. A memorial service is planned for the near future.
