Victor H. Ramos, 76, of Midland, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2019 surrounded by his family. There will be a prayer service at 7pm, Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 1pm, Friday, March 22, 2019 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home Chapel in Midland. Interment will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens.
