PRESIDIO — The Lady Devils obtained the title of District Co-Champs with a record of 9-1 in district. The team then advanced to the playoffs. In bi-district they faced Muleshoe, a solid team that worried them at the beginning of the first six innings. In the end, the challenge drew out the courage of the Lady Devils, who ended up beating Muleshoe with a final score of 14 to 2. Thanks to that score, the Lady Devils took the title of Bi-District Champs and advanced to area playoffs, where they faced Amarillo River Road. Unfortunately, the Lady Devils lost that game 6-0, but these young ladies fought to the end and gave everything they had. They left everything on the field and represented Presidio with an amazing performance.
