PRESIDIO — On September 12, the community of Presidio will celebrate Mexican Independence Day at the Mexican Consulate, 319 W 21 De Marzo Street.
Iris Galindo and Mayáhuel will be catering her regional cuisine, complemented by mariachis, ballet folkloricos, a guitar quartet from Juarez, and Presidio’s Proyecto D. Then, join Consul Gamaliel Bustillos Muñoz in the traditional grito, Viva! Music kicks off at 6 p.m., and the event is free of charge, including food.
