MARFA — Three- and four-bedroom 3D-printed homes on the new El Cosmico property north of Antelope Hills have been listed for sale with Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty.
The El Cosmico development, a 61-acre expanse envisioned to be populated by hotel units, a pool, restaurant, spa and workshops with views of the Davis Mountains, is still under construction with the first model home expected to be completed by the end of 2025 and the development expected to be completed in 2026, according to the listing.
The homes range in size from 2,000 to 2,500 square feet on 1-plus-acre lots. The starting price is $2.29 million for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home and $2.69 million for a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home, according to the listing.
The Sentinel spoke to hotelier Liz Lambert in July, who said efforts are underway to establish utilities at the site. The original El Cosmico site closer to town is set to remain open until 2025.
