VAN HORN — Marfa’s sixth graders participated in the Third Annual STEM Day hosted by Blue Origin at Launch Site One this past Thursday. Students had the opportunity to engage with Blue Origin employees about the various STEM career paths that can be pursued in the aerospace field. The day entailed many STEM-based activities led by Blue Origin employees as well as UTEP students. Sponsors included: Mrs. Lora Loya, Mrs. Jaylia Foster and Mr. Arturo Alferez.
