TRI-COUNTY — Free U.S. Citizenship Classes will be available in the Big Bend area, sponsored by Rio Grande Borderland Ministries.
Most classes begin March 6. The free classes will be held weekly, and homework packets will be provided for students.
Class schedules by location:
Alpine: Classes resume March 6 at Alpine Public Library (5:30-6:30 pm in Spanish, 6:30-7:30 p.m. in English).
Fort Davis: Classes begin March 6 at Mobile Comunidad/Mountain View Lodge (via Zoom from Alpine Library, 5:30-7:30 p.m.).
Terlingua: Classes begin March 10 at Terlingua High School (5-6 p.m. in English).
Marfa: Classes begin March 10 at Marfa Public Library (via Zoom from Terlingua, 5-6 p.m. in English).
