IRAAN — Join Friends of the Pecos River for a fun and informative gathering at the Iraan Pecos River Park. Meet them under the beautiful new red tipi on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Get to know Friends of the Pecos River, who will be serving hot dogs and providing refreshments. There will be hands-on learning with Patina Crowder – explore water quality monitoring through the Stream Team program.
Special guests include: Gaby Tamez from Texas Parks & Wildlife Department who will join us to highlight the Habitat and Angler Access Program grant that is being implemented at the Iraan Pecos River Park, in partnership with Pecos County.
