MARFA — Digital artist Jiwa completes his artist residency at Art Blocks gallery with a presentation titled, “Small Things Add Up to Something Significant,” open to the public this Saturday.

Jiwa’s residency project, DDUST, presents dust as pixels, where minimalism inspires maximalism in a rocky desert setting. DDUST is a personal collage of Jiwa’s experiences in Marfa and West Texas. A reception will be held on Saturday, May 17, at 2 p.m, drinks provided, and the talk starts at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 17th. DDUST can be viewed following the talk for a limited time at Art Blocks gallery — 109 W. San Antonio Street.
