Dear Editor,
Many youth camps affected by the flooding in the Texas Hill Country lost all of their tack to water damage. We believe strongly in the importance of equine programs for children and have begun collecting used tack to assist in the process of rebuilding these programs.
Do you have any tack you are no longer using and would like to donate to help them re-establish their equine programs? Can be either new or used. The list below features items that have been requested. All pieces can be brought to Big Bend Saddlery in Alpine, and we will make sure it is taken where it’s needed. Our prayers are with all the families affected by this terrible tragedy.
