Abel Ybarra Razo
Abel Ybarra Razo was taken suddenly to his heavenly home on Friday October 10, 2025. Abel was 48 years old. He was born January 3, 1977, to Manuel and Amalia Razo. He graduated from Marfa High School in 1995. He played football and basketball his four years of high school.
Abel moved to Dallas in 1997. He worked as an account manager for Pye-Barker Company. He loved playing golf, taking his boat to the lake with his friends and watching his football teams, the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns. He loved to grill for his friends and family.
Abel was a very caring person to his mom, children, sisters and nephews and nieces. Abel leaves behind his mother, Amalia Razo; daughter Addison; stepdaughter Stevie; his stepson Chris; sisters Amanda Razo from Coppell, Ruby Pallanez (David) from Alpine; nieces Izzy and Alyviah; nephews Caleb and Daydon. He loved them so much. He is preceded in death by his dad, Manuel Razo; grandma Lucia Ybarra; grandpa Eugenio Ybarra; stepgrandma Mage Ybarra; and his aunt and uncle whom he loved as his grandparents, Manuel and Maria Acosta.
Services are on November 1, 2025, Saturday, 10 a.m., Rosary 11 a.m. Mass at St Mary Catholic Church. After service lunch at St Mary’s Hall, Marfa, Texas.
