Calling all KPop demon hunters! The library’s epic Halloween costume contest and party blows in Friday, October 31, in the library courtyard.

Registration starts at 4:30 p.m., and judging starts promptly at 5 p.m. The party ends by 6 p.m., so everyone can head out for trick-or-treating.

A frighteningly good panel of judges will give prizes for the funniest, scariest, and best homemade costume in each age group. The contest’s age categories are 0 to 4; 5 to 8; 9 to 12; 13 to 17; and adult/group, and the prizes are screamtastic. Carlos Morales will be the ghoulishly good emcee.

There will be refreshments, games, a piñata, and spooky tunes–plus everyone who participates will receive a goody bag (and a devilish good time). Free and open to all!
