AEP Texas is inviting the community to attend its Open House at the Casner Room from 2:30-5:30 p.m. March 17. This come-and-go event is being held to discuss the need for a Special Use Permit which will allow the company to build the proposed Shorthorn Substation on Aparejo St. 

Representatives from AEP Texas will be available to answer any questions regarding the project.
