The Flying Island Music Festival kicks off Thursday, November 5, in Marfa with a lineup of more than 20 bands over four days.
The all-ages festival covers five venues: Larry’s, the Bull Room, Marfa Spirit Co., El Cosmico and the One Fourteen space.
Bands include: Maiden, Adam Ostrar and the Broadway Band, Jerry David DeCicca, The Grand Tourists, Kalia Vandever, Natural Information Society, Zona Mutante, Tropa Magica, Surprise Chef, Helado Tropical, Tan Cologne, Mystic 100s, Hun Outfit, New Andrew Band, Monster Rally, Bardo, Vieux Farka Touré, Easy Prey, Porcelain, Cap’n Tits Markus with a K, Dj Spanish Fly, Funk Freaks.
