PROCUREMENT OF ENGINEERING RFQ #26-02 FOR WATER INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS
HB500 โ€“ TWDB WATER SUPPLY AND INFRASTRUCTURE GRANTS (WSIG)

Presidio County is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for water infrastructure projects to be funded through the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) Water Supply and Infrastructure Grants (WSIG) program authorized under House Bill 500 (HB500).

The County is seeking engineering services to assist with the planning, design, and construction of water system improvements, including water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution infrastructure.

Experience with Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) funded projects or similar state or federally funded water infrastructure programs will be evaluated based on the firmโ€™s demonstrated knowledge of applicable funding requirements, regulatory compliance, reporting procedures, and successful project delivery. 

This is a qualifications-based procurement in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2254. No pricing or cost information shall be submitted.

Citizen Participation & Grievance Procedures Notice

The City Presidio has adopted complaint and grievance procedures regarding its Texas Community Development Block Grant Programs (TxCDBG). Citizens may obtain a copy of these written procedures at City Hall, 507 W. Oโ€™Reilly between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Citizens may also request the procedures be mailed to them by calling Pablo Rodriquez, City Administrator, at 432-229-3517.
These procedures outline the steps for a citizen to follow if s/he wishes to file a complaint or grievance about TxCDBG activities. A person who has a complaint or grievance about any services or activities with respect to the TxCDBG project, may during regular business hours submit such complaint or grievance, in writing to the Civil Rights Officer at PO Box 1899, Presidio, TX 79845 or may call 432-229-3517. The City of Presidio will make every
effort to respond fully to such complaints within fifteen (15) working days where practicable.
